- 1. Do the clinic staff speak English?
- Yes, we do have an English speaking member of staff on duty at all times. Furthermore our English speaking Patient Liaison Officer is on call to assist you during your stay at our clinic.
- 2. How do I get there?
- We will assist you with booking your flight and accommodation. Please see Plan Your Trip menu tab at the top of the page.
- 3. How safe are the procedures carried out in your clinic?
- All procedures carried out in our clinic are carried out by experienced and qualified professionals who have spent many years in the field of cosmetic surgery, however every surgical procedure carries a risk which will be explained to you during your consultation. All procedures are carried out in our state of the art theatre with the latest equipment. Your health and well being are our number one priorities at all times. We do not undertake procedures which we do not consider to be in the best interest of our patients.
- 4. Will I be safe to fly back home after my procedure?
- Some procedures will require you to stay in Poland for a few days prior to flying home. You will be advised of any such restrictions or guidance during your initial telephone consultation.
- 5. What happens if I have a problem when I get back to the UK?
- If it is an emergency then you are advised to seek immediate medical assistance locally, however our trained team are available to assist you at every step of the way and answer any questions you may have after the operation.
